Next Steps to Owning YOUR Dream
So you've made the decision; you wanna go big (in a tiny kinda way)... but you're not sure what to do first. What's the process, how does it all work? Don't stress; we've got you covered.
Listed below are a few of the key steps to get you on your way. We've got a heap more info on our FAQ's page but this will get you moving in the right direction.

Some clients know what they want and have a very clear vision of the finished product whilst others need some guidance along the way. Whoever you are, we can work with you and your situation.

The first thing you want to do to get the ball rolling is start to think about what you want. Are you single looking for permanent accommodation? Are you a small family? Do you want to have an Air BnB friendly build? Whatever the situation, knowing what you want the space for makes it all the easier to decide where to go from there in the design process.

Shoot us an email. Give us a call. The earlier you reach out, the sooner we can start planning your dream. Often, people don't know what is possible until they reach out. The options are endless with Tiny Home Luxury Living. Materials, colours, layouts.. We can find what's right for you.

You've reached out, we've gone back and forth getting to know you and your project. The next step is to look into your local council regulations. Every council will be different. We recommend calling your local Shire and asking to speak with the planning department. Usually a simple phone call can give you all the answers you need. Can I use a tiny home on my property? Can I live in it permanently?

You've got the green light from your local council. Now is when we piece together what you want from your tiny home so that we can put a price together and set up a payment schedule. This is a great chance to meet in person or via Zoom if your location doesn't allow.

Our payment schedule is on our FAQ's page. By the time you get here, things are definitely getting serious. As we go through the stages, you will be kept well in the loop with live video and photo updates of your build. You will also be able to schedule in times along the way to come in and see the progress.

In the weeks leading up to the completion of your tiny home, you will need to organize both the transport and the site preparation for the day of delivery. We are able to make recommendations if you need.
For site prep, you will need to ensure adequate access for the tow truck as well as making sure you have a solid and suitable base for your tiny home on site as well as amenities ie power/water/sewer. There is a few ways to go about this so we are happy to advise or we can arrange to have this done for you at an additional fee.

Delivery day!!!!!! Your tiny home is completed and ready to be installed onsite. Whether you are taking care of this yourself, or having us set up onsite, this is such a wonderful occasion and we're so happy to share it with you.
