FAQ's

We're always keen to have a chat, but here's some info to help you start the process of getting the perfect tiny home to suit your lifestyle needs

Payment Schedule

Payment is divided into 5 installments:

20% Deposit (lock in design, size, and build schedule)

20% Trailer arrival (this signifies the commencing of construction onsite)

20% Frame completion

20% Lockup and internal fitout completed (excludes cabinetry installation)

20% Final payment on completion (to be paid in full prior to delivery date

Building Contract

For peace of mind, once you've decided on design etc and are keen to go ahead, we will have a Fixed Price building contract drawn up for both parties to sign, so there's no surprizes later on.

Off Grid

Yes, we do offer Off Grid tiny homes. As is the case with all of our projects, this can be priced and tailored to your individual needs whether it be Solar Power or compostable toilets

Delivery

We have partnered with a number of delivery companies who specialize in the transport of tiny homes. In the Melbourne area and surrounds we recommend Rick's Towing who can be found in our Links section

Finance

There are finance options available, but we do not handle these inhouse, so we would recommend touching base with a reputable finance provider who has specialist experience dealing with tiny homes as there are several. See our links page for further recommendations

Regulations

Typically, tiny homes are classed alongside caravans when it comes to town regulations which gives ease and flexibility in their use. That said, we recommend contacting your specific town planning department as all areas have very different regulations.

Changes

It's never too late to make a change. Don't panic, you can always make changes along the way throughout the build process so don't hesitate to get in touch as soon as you can. Sometimes, these changes may be possible without altering the price, othertimes; we will need to make these adjustments along the way to suit.
